I like that you can see how many people are in the door and how many people are coming in for a specific reason. I also like that you can see how many people are on the website and how many are clicking around. It is not that easy to get the data to see what you need. You have to dig for it and it doesn't always come back. But, that's the price of doing business in this day and age. I would say that the customer service is just ok. They are responsive and will answer your questions. They are not always as helpful as they could be. They are very quick to tell you that they can't help you.
