I dye my gray beard (too young to look like Santa) and after a few days I have gray streaks around the perimeter when new growth appears. I need to permanently color my beard to touch up these gray patches. I tried different brands of these beard pencils to see if they would help hide the gray outline and most of them were rubbish. They were either smudged or looked as if they had been worked with wet chalk. But this one worked great. Both the adjustable paint applicator and the brush were the perfect solution. The color is easy to apply (see video) and I just paint on the edge areas where the gray shows up. I then go over it with a brush to blend it out and it really brings out the new areas of growth so I don't have to worry about coloring my beard as often. The color does not smear, so your clothes will not get dirty. I haven't been in hot weather/humid conditions so I can't confirm the product's response to sweat in those conditions. For me it was exactly what I was looking for.
