I was so excited to receive these, as my 5 month old has recently starting gnawing on everything. Especially his hands. What has become problematic is that he often times gags himself because he shoves his fingers as far back in his mouth as he can which causes him to slobber. That excess slobber causes him to choke and gag. These teething sticks are easily able to be gripped, and are thin enough for him to put in his mouth but doesn't cause excess slobber action, and therefore he doesn't gag. He really enjoys gnawing on them, and throwing them! They are easy to clean and perfect for him!
