Ouch! Who was it?
I love, love, love flowing things. When I saw this I was so excited to buy it. As I opened and put it on I noticed that it ran small, but I also noticed how poorly made it was. I mean, the neckline is very crooked! One side was noticeably larger than the other and wrinkled in a very odd way - not flattering at all. The flowy skirt was great, but the top fit so I didn't feel pretty in it.
