This is a great brush at a very reasonable price.
I have no idea about fancy expensive shaving brushes. The brush that this brush replaces was a Father's Day gift I bought from a local store and has lasted me 40 years. This one's definitely better than that. It's easy to handle, has a fairly satisfying lather, isn't too soft, and doesn't pill. I am 100% satisfied. I would buy it again but I will be surprised if I ever need it.
