The product is based on good soap nuts. I use it instead of Woollite which I can't use because the taste makes me sick and they don't make it odorless. I bought it thinking it would be a lot easier to use than soap nuts. But the pump doesn't fit in the bottle. I lost a few ounces trying to get it spinning. It spilled over my hands and the bottle. The lid didn't want to open the neck of the bottle at all. Unfortunately, I did not foresee that trying to install the pump I would have to hang myself in the washing machine, so the soiled product was already down the sink drain. Then, when I finally screwed the top of the atomizer into place, the top of the pump didn't pop out. I've tried counter clockwise, clockwise and tightening while turning but nothing solved the problem. I hate that manufacturers don't try every part of their product before boxing and shipping it. Working spray and pump bottles are surprisingly hard to find on this planet!
