Review on 🛏️ Ralph Lauren Lauren Logo Jumbo Pillow Extra Firm STANDARD Pillow by Allison Smith

I bought one of these pillows and it was pretty much everything I could have hoped for: large, fairly sturdy, looks well made, with a nice pillowcase. The ridge seems to form overnight and keep the indentation under my head, so I have to turn around a few times to get back to the high part; If it wasn't for that, I would have given this book five stars. A few weeks after receiving the pillow I decided, perhaps accidentally, to buy another pillow from a different seller because the first one was so good. It was crap: soft, thinner, and with a cheap scratchy shell. The only things that are the same between these two pillows is the RL logo on the lid and (I think) the seal on the plastic packaging they came in. it was bad. I think some sellers or vendors presented cheap fakes here. But I don't know if it's the second seller or his supplier who delivers a poor quality product, so I won't name them here. I am trying to find a way to let Revain know that there is a quality issue with this item. In the meantime, if you can get one with a scratchy surface that doesn't even feel hard, let alone *really* hard, you've got one of the bad ones. Return it and buy another one; probably choose another seller just to be on the safe side.
