Wouldn't shoot without Storm Wind Force!
It was very easy to assemble and looked very nice, but it took blustery winds to turn it. I tried turning it in multiple directions to catch the wind, but it didn't move. Meanwhile, I watched my neighbor's weirdo at work like crazy. I'm not sure, but I think the blades just aren't big enough or at the right angle to catch the wind. In the end I returned it.
