The top broke off during assembly
Shocked! I was going to put my son's ashes in this urn and when I unscrewed the lid the jewelry loop immediately came loose and my son's ashes got stuck inside and there is no way to unscrew the lid to remove them. Walmart refunded my money, but be aware that this can happen to you if you have loved ones' ashes inside.
- A nice article. Beautifully packaged and would make a great sentimental gift. Highly recommended.
- The necklace can be damaged or lost during everyday wear.
