When I was trying the different tips at first I didn't know how to attach the other heads, I was trying to pull off the tip to put the others on (haha oops). Then I figured out that I had to insert the other tips onto the cord. At first I thought none of the tips would fit my Roku 3 but then the last tip I tried I had to turn it into the port onto the Roku 3. It fit and my Roku worked. That would be my advice to anyone saying it doesn't fit, just give it a little turn without applying too much force and it'll probably work. Happy with my purchase
