Review on Casablanca 99019 Universal Control System by Nikki May

I already have a fan with a remote control and a remote control. The remote control was broken so I just looked for the remote control. I found it a bit pricey for a cheap plastic remote. But it's not that, it's a whole remote system with a remote control and receiver system connected to a fan, which is why it's so expensive. Only the remote has a part number: G176402000, which can be bought in Casablanca for $35 but comes with $10 shipping. I find it misleading that the photos only show the remote control and no pictures of the receiver. I'll keep it, but I'm a little annoyed. I'm also annoyed that the original flopped after four years.
