I use it in my work bag for car trips, which I do quite often - long trips in rental cars. Easily install new car air vents to keep your phone visible while driving. I don't like that the charging cable is white and you can't easily convert it to black - something I tried by buying a new iPhone cable but wasn't a compatible tip. It charges my phone in my Magsafe case, but I hit a bump in the road and the phone fell over. While normal highway driving is fine
