I bought this own after I read all the mixed reviews about Dr. Pen, but the reviews for the this Pen were all positive. So I went with this one, and crossed my fingers the reviews were sincere, and they absolutely were!This pen is AMAZING! 🙌🏼The company did NOT ask me to write a review for any free or discounted products. They did send me a free pack of needles, upon registering the pen I bought, (my choice of a pack of 10 with either 12 or 36 needles) for free as a "thank you” for buying their pen. NOT in exchange for a review. Which I am truly grateful for.I finally used this pen last night and I couldn’t believe the effortlessness! This pen is 100 x’s better than any roller I’ve ever used!I can understand why so many people write reviews claiming their pen’s needles aren’t sharp enough, because they can’t feel any pain like they felt when they used a derma-roller. I don’t think it’s necessarily because they have dull needles (although maybe it is, for some), but not in my case.Since this was my first time using a derma-pen,I started off with level 0 at the lowest needle setting, just so see how it felt, but I eventually increased the level to 1 and slowly raised the needles to 1.0, (I’m have been derma-rolling my face for about 2 years now.)Fact is, this pen is not nearly as painful as the roller, because the pen punctures holes very quickly and therefore it doesn’t hurt as much as it would using a derma-roller which punctures holes much slower, but if you go over the same spot several times with shorter, slower strokes, you’ll quickly notice how rosy your skin becomes.At least on level 0 to 1, the pen does NOT vibrate or move back and forth. It just moved the needles up and down faster. So there is no worry of "shredding” the skin.I have a "Monroe mole” and with the derma roller I was never able to roll around it, but since the pen is so much smaller than a roller, I was finally able to derma-roll around my mole without accidentally nicking it, and I was able to get the entire area of my nose too!Why did I wait so long to get this machine?!Honestly, I never looked forward to rolling my face or my scalp, but now I’m ecstatic!With this pen there is virtually no pain, unless you go over your forehead or places that are closer to the bone, then you’ll want to lower the size of the needle, and you’ll feel more stinging, but I still didn’t bleed, it took a fraction of the time, with at least 90% less pain, and with BETTER RESULTS the next morning!When I woke up and looked in the mirror, I was besides myself! My skin is absolutely radiant! I haven’t had such incredible results since the first time I used a derma-roller, and I completely forgot to use the added bonus of LED!Thank you Thappink, this derma-pen is FANTASTIC! 💯⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
