Bath time is a must

Great product, great for colds, muscle aches and sinus problems. Relaxing bath and Kneipp make great products. When I have a sinus infection or a cold I use this product for a long hot bath. You can dip a washcloth in the bath and place it on your nose to make breathing easier. Trust me I have been using this product for many years.
