To be honest, at that time there was no particular hope for a quick resolution of the issue, and I was already preparing to take it to the service, when suddenly a letter arrives again stating that a new column will be sent to us. Then the manager called again, confirmed the dispatch of a new column, and said that after receiving a new one, a broken column would need to be sent by 2022 post. And for free, through the "Easy Return" service, and they will send the code to the post office. And now, literally a day later, today a new column was brought to us by SDEK! And that's all, no hemorrhoids and difficulties, no "wait in the service for 20 days while we check if you yourself are to blame for the breakdown"! At the moment, we have 2 speakers on hand - a new one and an old broken one. I am waiting for the code to the post office, after which I will send the broken one for repair. In short, great service. I wanted to write a review on Marusya before, because it’s really a very good contraption and the children are delighted with it, but everything was too lazy, but after the exchange story, I couldn’t stand it)))
