These shoes fit and look good, but they have one major flaw. The zipper on the back is almost impossible to open. I'm really surprised how difficult it is to unpack them. When my daughter said she needed help I thought at first it was a one off thing, but after helping her and seeing first hand how difficult unzipping is I was shocked that none of the other reviewers mentioned it. This is a very annoying shoe problem. So if that suits you then this shoe is otherwise good. Maybe it's just a separate quality control issue with our couple, but that's a shame.
