Arrived quickly, works great. It's not an air filter by any means, but something like plants, it's a different layer and it does what I expected, well. The air passage is subtle but noticeable, like exhaling. Some expect too much from them, they are thin, like a stream of bottles brought into the room. The discounted price was good but for the size I think it's still the best deal. Actually, I would have liked the LED version, but it's an easier task that many people prefer. I overfilled it on first start, probably engine runs harder than it should, should have drained a bit but I let it run, the next day it had evaporated to a reasonable level. . Not like incense, but a basic signature. (Safer for cats than using a diffuser as Thieves oil contains eucalyptus oil). I also have an essential oil diffuser and this revitalizer provides a good space base to use over it and can help keep the air circulating for longer. heard but seems the perfect size for the space, like a large soup bowl, slightly smaller than a saucepan I think but much easier to carry water around so a perfect balance of size for something you need to change regularly. The motor is tiny, 3V, so basically a computer fan motor, which surprises me, is enough, but spins water with enough power to manage to throw itself off the shelf I was on in 48 hours. The shelf isn't level or flat so I put a rubber mouse pad underneath to prevent this from happening again. Not broken, still works. thus the durability test is passed. The construction is simple and precise but well designed and made. Nice on/off switch. Works well, no risk of leaks etc. I think you're assuming you're changing the water daily, I was planning on aiming for every other day, but after a short time I'll probably only get by with 2-3 times a week. . Although it can evaporate faster as it gets lower, we'll see. I'll probably only change the water once a week and just add water the rest of the week, rebellious as I am. but uses less essential oil. I expect it to get dirty quickly, but that's when nature cleans best, certainly doesn't hurt, as long as it smells nice I probably won't bother cleaning too much either. For example I would like to see 3v and 6v or 9v motors running in clear plastic jars for comparison. A stronger one might be less a jet in a bottle and more a shower in a bottle.
