When we tested this blanket as a source of sleep in sub-zero temperatures and snowfall, this blanket did its job. I didn't think it would work because I was very cold at night. But when I woke up and saw ice and snow all around me, I could tell I would be a lot colder if this blanket wasn't doing its job. It's by no means something to keep you warm and toasty, but it will get you through the night (I use two, one underneath me and one on top). They take up little space and are easy to have just in case; Great addition to your bug bag. Stamina is actually good if you're careful.
