When I saw the product on the website, I liked the design and the pattern. So I decided to give it a try. The color is sober and the design was ok. But I found a significant flaw in it. When I received this product I felt like it was a previously used or second hand product. The edges of the crystals looked pitch dark rather than silvery (see attached photos) which gave me the feeling that they were used. The manufacturer must store it in a sealed package and check the quality before sending it to the buyer.
