This hair is soft out of package. U can tell it's less quality cause there is short hair all over, in other words the hair isn't all the same langth like more expensive hair is. After washing it, and I use extension shampoo and been a stylist for 8 years, it's pretty rough feeling. Once u flat iron it then it's more manageable so it is a bit annoying to have to wash then flat iron it then style it how you would want just so it's not tangly but for the price it works well in a pinch.
