This bag feels great. I travel a lot and it makes me feel safer from pickpockets. Very convenient. I love the pockets and especially the phone case. What is disappointing is the design. When I put a few things in the bag, one of the zippers looked like it was installed incorrectly. On examination, the zipper was not properly sewn in on one side and in one place it was not sewn in at all. I'm going to fix this myself by sewing the zipper in properly as I really like the bag.
