It's an easy way for our employees who are in different time zones or location around the world can attend training online at their own convenience without having travel costs involved with it! The instructor is very knowledgeable about what we do as well his teaching style works really great when learning from him and other instructors that he brings out during live webinars etc..

I have not found anything yet but would like more interactive features of being able to ask questions using chat feature instead just typing them up so they get noticed by others also!! We've had success because people love how much flexibility this provides us while still getting quality instruction all over the place even if you're offsite working somewhere else!
