EDIT: I called Hatchimals customer service and they sent a replacement. It was a quick and easy phone call and went smoothly so I upgraded to 3 stars for good customer service. We gave this item to our daughter for her 6th birthday and it worked amazingly well for about five minutes before crashing into a wall. and break. This is not that easy to fix as the plastic nozzle broke on impact. This would be a great product if it was of a higher quality.
