Out of the box.The product arrived ahead of schedule.The case was dented, hinges coming off, seams in case were gapped differently.The tools are ok at best. Now the three larger tools are ok, they are made from stainless steel, the two smaller ones are aluminum, and are coated with what looks like a low grade paint. They have swirl marks, pitting, and peeling.So, to keep this short and sweet. Is this worth your money? NOSafe for patients? If you use the larger instruments only, the smaller ones have sharper edges and the hallmarks of being a CHEAP product.Would I recommend this product? NO
