Couldn't contact seller directly but one black car wasn't recognized and the other didn't work (bad chip?). I leaked the purchase by doing a lot of nozzle cleaning a few times a day. Then I switched to cleaning the nozzle manually, since many years have passed since the printer. I thought it might be my printer, but then I bought another remanufactured ink at half the price, and surprisingly, the test page printed successfully on the first print. If they contact and solve the problem, I'll raise the price. But for now - not the best experience and my $20 went down the drain. Update: An updated B/C Star seller came forward offering 2 black carts or a 50% refund. Went with carts but don't know if they work as my other inks still work.
