This makes breathing really easy. People can see your face and expression, so communication becomes much better. But very difficult. The ear hooks are thick and wrap completely around the ear. Didn't work well with glasses so can't say it prevents glasses fogging. Unfortunately, this becomes impractical after a few minutes. It's convenient to walk to the store, not convenient for work.
