After breaking them in a bit, I noticed that I was squeeking. I applied just a little Beesbutter leather conditioner on the inside where the tounge and laces holes touched. To whether proof the leather I applied the butter to the entire boot. WARNING: But if you want to keep the orignal color, do not apply to the boots. It will darken the color about 4 shades. But if you don't mind the darkened color, Beesbutter leather conditioner is a great way to whether proofed the leather.
