This chair arrived in perfect condition and was very easy to assemble. My only complaint is that the pillows are very hard. Doesn't dampen at all! You need to add pillows or disassemble and change the filling. The fabric feels more like plastic than a comfortably soft cloth, but like a high chair that gets dirty easily, it looks like it's easy to just wipe clean. Very happy except for those two things.
