Started breaking within a week - got a refund

It worked great straight away and felt decent. Its body is all plastic and lightweight, which is what I'm used to from many USB hubs I've tried. I thought the game was over until I used it for a few days. Then a few ports started randomly crashing or shutting down in the middle of meetings during a work day. I sent it back for a refund and got most of my money back (I threw the box away so I guess that's not all).
