Review on 🦁 Yobear Baby Play Mat: Self-Inflating Square Mat for Playard Playpen 40"x 40" - Extra Thick & Waterproof (Grey) by Pamela Whitworth

I got this to fit in my playpen. The listing says 40x40 but the instructions say 39x39, with possible human error. After the measurement, the actual part of the last is 39 x 39 with a slight increase only at the edges of the flat material. Self-inflating technology is basically like a piece of sponge/foam that you can squeeze the air out of and inflate again. It didn't fully inflate when I opened it. The instructions say you can inflate it by hand, but it took me a few tries to figure it out. To inflate, open both parts of the plug. To inflate manually, close the bottom one (just open the top one) and then you can blow in and it won't just flow out again. This was not mentioned anywhere in the instructions. After inflating it manually, it reached a thickness of 3 cm as advertised. It definitely adds some padding, but it's an inflatable pillow, so we all know how depressing it is depending on weight distribution. Overall I think it's a decent little mat, but the self-inflating quality is a bit lower. I like that it's much more compact to store than other pen mats, so that's a big plus too. It's also easy to wash. Would definitely recommend if it's the right size for your gaming pen and you don't have a lot of storage space.
