I've always believed that office work and sitting at a computer all day causes more health problems than we think and definitely more than we're told. I mean, at least the human body isn't designed to sit in a small cubicle in front of a computer all day. We were made to be wanderers. We are designed as hunters and gatherers. We are designed as "motors". Now, with that in mind, consider your eyes. Our eyes are designed to support the basic functions of migratory, hunter-gatherer, and movement. They are designed to be used to judge different distances, see up close, see far, see in different lighting conditions and in all sorts of variations. So we take that wonderful adaptability and we sit two feet in front of a computer screen and stare at the same constant light from the same distance for years. If I were my eyes I would be unhappy. A few years ago I got a new computer for work and I was messing around with some settings and came across the night mode. I accidentally stumbled upon how to reduce the blue light I emit, but immediately felt there was an advantage to it and left it that way. I have night mode on all the time. At the time, I had no idea what blue light was. A few years later I saw an article about blue light and how blue light wavelengths are more aggressive to your eyes when you buy something new, which is why I liked the night mode on my computer at the time. But there are other night mode features that weren't always useful and could be a bit annoying during the day. Now there is a medical issue that could potentially affect my vision secondarily, so I see an eye doctor at least twice a year. I have been fortunate to avoid negative effects on my vision, in fact I have greater than 20/20 vision in both eyes. I'm also almost 50 years old to provide paper copies of all warranties for my devices upon request, so I appreciate the value of still having an idea from someone much younger than me and I want to defend that. My eye doctor recommended that I look for blue spectrum blockers. So I started researching to confirm that there really is science behind the reasoning and to better understand what would work for me. Let me run through the mixed bag of reviews and complaints about yellow lenses, doubts and quality or enough blue blocking to make a difference. I've found that blue blocking can work, the key is you need to have enough blue blocking to make a difference and with that you will likely have a yellow tint on your lens, if you don't you won't get enough blocking. The utility of thorough research and thorough product reviews, along with LOL's natural sense of style, led me to this product. The amount of blue block is definitely high enough to give your eyes an "Aaaaah". Being a strategic advisor role that requires frequent face-to-face contact with external clients means professionalism in my demeanor. You are perfect for me. They offer just the right amount of blocking to create the relief your eyes feel without the lens' harsh yellow tint, so you don't look like Bono. Nothing against Bono, but in a professional office environment, wearing pseudo-sunglasses isn't always an inappropriate choice. If you look closely you can see some yellow tints in the lenses, but again you have to look closely, it's not obvious. People don't look at you and don't see yellow glasses. So I found the right ski goggles on the first try, which offer effective eye relief and a stylish, professional look. It is possible to improve the anti-reflective coating. Sometimes smooth lenses remind me of lenses you might have seen on TV in the 1980s. The sizing is perfect so they can maintain a minimal profile so people aren't distracted by your glasses when they're looking at you. Clean lines, small size and clear lenses make them versatile for any outfit and any occasion. These were the first pair I tried and the only pair I need. For five stars, please improve anti-glare
