I bought these shoes at this price and was very disappointed. The first pair didn't have the right part in the left boot so I couldn't screw the spike in. The second pair had the correct mount but I couldn't get the cleats to lock onto the spin bike. It takes a lot of effort to find the right one. The spikes twisted when I took them out. I bought a set of original Shimano cleats and everything works smoothly. Shoes are ok. They could be a little tighter on the first strap.
