Noise canceling for meetings

The noise canceling works well even when my son is crying or watching TV next to me when I was in a meeting. The microphone turns on and off automatically when you raise or lower the microphone to speak. It also announces when the microphone is muted and activated. I wish I'd bought wireless ones so I could use them with my phone or have freedom of movement, but I've read some reviews that the noise canceling in the wireless version didn't work on some, but I was still hoping to at least get it at first try wireless and upgrade to the wired version if there are problems. But I'm still happy with the wired version.
