The ability to see what my employees are doing is important for me as it helps determine if I need additional support staff or not. This program has been very effective with our customers thus far due to its versatility but also requires some training of your own people before implementation can be successful. We have seen an immediate increase (10%) decrease overall cost by 20% because less overtime was needed after installing this solution than we were getting otherwise which saved us about $500K yearly per location alone since installation date compared previous years figures. I like that it is easy to set up. It can be used with any computer or mobile device, and the app is easy to use. The customer service is also great. Sometimes there are issues with the product, but they get resolved quickly. I would recommend this product for anyone who needs an easy way to monitor their employees. We have been able to keep tabs on our employees while they are away from the office. This has helped us make sure that they are doing what they need to do.
