Very nice collar and looks well made but my problem is the metal clasp. It is very heavy and the clasp comes loose on its own. When our dog is asleep, anything touching the edge of the clasp will loosen the collar. Whether it's a paw, a pillow, she likes to put her head on the remote control, etc. Every morning she leaves her cage without the remote control. It's worrying because if she ever comes out and he's not working, she won't have an identity. Another problem is that the metal clasp scratches very easily. She's worn it three days in a row and it's already worn off her dog tag. Unfortunately I will return it. I wish there was a lighter plastic closure because the rest of the collar is perfect.
