Fully assembled it is strong and rolls well. I love the design - it has room for a couple of bottles and glasses plus any other items you want to add to your shopping cart. This is a solid industrial design that goes well with everyday decor. The roles work very well. Smooth but NOT snapped. I wish they did, but that's okay. So why deduction? Assembly was easy enough, but a few pre-drilled holes were in the wrong place and had to be adjusted accordingly. It's not a big deal, but for those who might encounter the same problem but don't have the tools at hand, this will be a problem. It should also be noted that this is NOT real wood, only veneer with a wood grain. Good metal quality, appearance and functionality are quite pleasant.
