Fully assembled it is strong and rolls well. I love the design - it has room for a couple of bottles and glasses plus any other items you want to add to your shopping cart. This is a solid industrial design that goes well with everyday decor. The roles work very well. Smooth but NOT snapped. I wish they did, but that's okay. So why deduction? I painted the shelves white to match the decor of the room I installed them in; it worked well. I didn't like the look of the rack that was attached to the bottom so I just didn't put it on. For technical reasons, to assemble it requires a person with small fingers to reach places where the screws can be tightened. In addition, about 5 screws were "repainted" with a recess for dried paint, where an Allen key was used. Had to use paint thinner and cotton swabs to clean it up as the wrench…
