If I could give that a minus, I would! Velcro and screws securing the device for safe use are missing. I don't have time to send it back and order a new one. My cat is dying and I wanted her to be able to look out the window for the last few days (without running the risk of falling off the window sill). The nearest fabric store is 80 miles round trip. I can find some screws to attach it but didn't want to drill holes - I wanted to use velcro to avoid damaging the original wooden window frames which are over 110 years old. VERY UNHAPPY!
