Waste of time with interior design

First let me say it may have been user error but I didn't know because it didn't come with instructions. Just an Allen key and a weird looking wrench that I had no idea what to do with. The direction was never right. It was written west when I was clearly heading east. I'm sure the key has something to do with fixing this, but I didn't know since I didn't have the instructions. Not to mention it fell off my windshield after 2 days.
