Good compass in a compass

Looks good and works well. The glue on the compass came off after 2 days on the windshield. The double-sided adhesive pad stuck to the windshield but not the product. I had to glue really well.

Calibration Guide

It could be me. The style is comfortable. Things looked good in the car. But I couldn't get it to work. Do you have to be away to set it up? I'm sure everything is fine. I just can't calibrate it.

Out of the box it worked well.

Never seen it work. Installed in my wife's car for a holiday trip. It was mounted just below the sun visor. Somehow she threw it off the windshield and the device is missing something and won't reinstall.

The truck doesn't work.

Bought this compass for my truck. Couldn't find a visible place to attach and truck components didn't pull the ad. Works when there are no metal or electrical components nearby. Are you trying to find the spot in the vehicle where you can still see the compass?

Don't waste your money

Looked good and worked well. Until I put it in our car. Word was we were going north all the time. This compass is not capable of compensating for localized magnetic disturbances found in most vehicles (weakly magnetized body/frame/engine structure). As a result, it aligns with the car's own magnetic field regardless of the car's orientation.
