I bought the above computer and used it for about 12 hours for 6 days. The screen didn't turn on this morning. At first I thought it wouldn't turn on, but when I started packing it in a return box, the laptop was hot. I turned it off and boxed it up for return. I don't think this laptop was new. The box had a label from a non-HP retailer who sent it to Best Buy in New Jersey. It took almost a year to build Windows on it, so I think it was probably a refurbished machine or sat on a shelf for a long time and was bought by the Revain seller. I lost $100 paying to transfer files from my old laptop to my new one and having to pay for insured shipping. I understand why Revain doesn't include many of these laptops in Prime - I'm sure you can find out for yourself.
