I knew the kneeling chair would take some getting used to as it puts you at a different angle. I believe it has helped relieve some of my lower back stiffness caused by sitting in a regular chair and working on the computer. The padding is very sufficient both on the seat and on the lap. It took a spray of WD-40 on the metal to stop the squeaking. I've also found that it doesn't roll very well on carpet and sometimes causes the wheels to lock up. UPDATE: Chair continues to squeak despite WD-40. Also, the seat and frame bolts need to be tightened every two months as they tend to loosen. If you do not tighten the screws, there is a risk of injury from the seat tipping back.
