Review on 🌾 Country Life L-Lysine 1000mg with B-6 - 250 Count by Philip Russell

Large TABLETS. I didn't know it was in pill form, for some reason I missed it? But it's a quality product that just can't open capsules to release powders in smoothies etc. So I'll sip. Grinding would be labor intensive but not impossible but these are tough tablets and you will need a very strong, strong mortar and pestle. I am not cured of herpes as I have never experienced this affliction and I feel sorry for those who have any of its variants. My mother had herpes but they didn't know about the help of L-lysine. We started giving L-lysine to a sick kitten so no one knew what was wrong, including numerous visits to the vet. He's still not doing well, but he's holding on. So I will not share this form with him. Twice a day he gets pure crystalline powder mixed with a small portion of canned food. But I still wasn't planning on using it because it also contains B-6 and it's not clear if that would be good for a kitten. My last capsules were 500mg, that's a whopping 1000L of lysine in just one tablet. So once a day should be enough for most people to groom themselves. But to be honest I will come back to capsules in the future for the reasons above. After taking it for a week I will definitely go back to smaller capsules and even formulas where I have to take two things for one of them to work much better for me. I've dropped these table houses twice before and this is the size. In this case, big is not better. My calcium tablets are similarly shaped and about half or a half the size and I've never swallowed any of them wrong or they acted weird but oh yeah they did. I'm giving 5 stars because the size doesn't bother most people I suspect and the content is accurate and I have no reason not to believe the label is what the person needs. And you can try cutting the pill in half with a pill cutter, but I've never liked the result, and because it just cuts the length in half and the girth is still too big, cutting the pill leaves raw edges that are even can be bigger like leaving the middle and getting stuck on the way down. So here I am. A bottle with 250 pieces lasts for 250 days this year. POOH!
