It doesn't work and the manufacturer isn't interested
We all know how blinds work, right? You drag it where you want it, pause, and it stays there. To roll it up, pull it down slightly and it will roll down until you stop or until it is fully rolled up. This does not react to a pause when descending, but overreacts when collapsing - it stops constantly. The manufacturer told me that I would have to contact Revain and that it would be a few weeks before the warranty went into effect. I no longer have the original packaging, so I cannot return it. I told them I would leave a bad review and they wished me a good day.
