I bought this for my 4 year old iPad and we love it! It's thick, definitely protects her iPad, and she can slip her hand through the back strap perfectly! The strap is also adjustable. When you buy this case, please also buy a screen protector. EDIT: We love this iPad case so much I bought another one in teal the same size for my other daughter and I bought one for my son just like her but in a mini iPad case. Great cases and very durable!
