VERY difficult to assemble. The wheel broke when moving

Wheels. very bad quality. The first time I moved it around the room, one of them split in half and fell apart. The trolley itself is very stable, but it doesn't slip under furniture like I would like. Also the number of hex keys/screws. too much of. And how do I send it back now? It's built, with a broken wheel. Unusable. But I'm not going to loosen all those screws. Then how do I pack something that big and ship it back? To me. That does not work.
