I bought this because my original was finally done and was happy to get it and charge 2 controllers at the same time so my friend and I can play together but since I got it, It only charges 1 controller at a time, which you insert from either side, but only one controller will charge unless you take the time to remove the charged one and insert another a few hours before playing.
