The house and kitchen essentials, event and party supplies, and photobooth props that I purchased from Asonlye not long ago left a lot to be desired, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the overall experience. The products were of poor quality, and a significant number of them appeared broken or damaged in some way. When I attempted to get in touch with the customer service department for assistance, the representatives I spoke to were unhelpful and unresponsive. They did not provide any solutions to the issues that I was having and gave the impression that they did not care about my concerns at all. The website was also difficult to understand, and the process of checking out was unclear. The prices were significantly higher than the competition, and the delivery times took significantly longer than anticipated. My time spent with Asonlye, on the whole, was filled with a great deal of aggravation and disappointment. This online business does not meet my standards for providing high-quality home, kitchen, event, and party supplies, so I do not recommend it to anyone. Because of the low quality of the products and the unsatisfactory level of customer support, it is simply not worth the trouble.
