I've tried countless times over the years to train myself to sleep on my back, including two other pillows that were and weren't designed for this purpose have helped I was skeptical about buying this pillow. I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised. It seems quite firm and I like the way the two side pads wrap around my head. One of the reasons I've never been able to sleep on my back is because I felt too "open"; I know it sounds silly, but I like it when my ears are covered with a pillow or blanket. It ticks that box. Anyway it's been a week now and while I can't stay on my back all night the pillow is good for side sleeping too. I will update if/when my sleep lines go away!
