So far so good :) suitable for pillows and positioners

I've tried countless times over the years to train myself to sleep on my back, including two other pillows that were and weren't designed for this purpose have helped I was skeptical about buying this pillow. I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised. It seems quite firm and I like the way the two side pads wrap around my head. This review is for the 'face pillow', which is what I call my own little sleeping marshmallow. The pillow looks calm to me. When I lie against it, I only feel happiness! It's soft but firm if that makes sense. The silk pillowcase is the best! The pillow can come with a small insert for extra neck support, I suggest using this if you need a little extra height. EDIT: I know this product is advertised as an anti wrinkle pillow and it actually works for that; However, I have severe neck problems and have tried many pillows to ease the discomfort while sleeping and thought this pillow might help. However, I found using it as intended didn't give my neck enough support, so I used it backwards and it was quite comfortable. Great for TMJ pain

I bought this pillow because of my TMJ. Even though I wore a heavy-duty mouthguard when I slept, I still had issues with my TMD. I read somewhere that it could be related to the position of the head - and in fact my head started to loll to one side during sleep, that's the side where I had the most pain with TMD.
